Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation Period: Guests must cancel their restaurant tour reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date to be eligible for a refund. Refund Process: Cancellations made within the specified 48-hour window will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss your situation. No-Shows: Guests who fail to show up for the scheduled restaurant tour without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
